As your running coach I will provide expertise in improving your speed and endurance, and preparing for a race, as well as continuing encouragement and motivation. The creation of your run coaching plan will include consideration of your family and work commitments, as well as your current fitness – cookie-cutter and one-size-fits-all plans are not effective or, in many cases, even safe. Whether we meet in person regularly, or implement an online program, your questions will be answered and special circumstances taken into consideration.
